Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines permitted and prohibited use of getpulsar.ai, public forms, evaluation environments, and company-operated Pulsar services.
Effective: July 16, 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to getpulsar.ai, its forms and public materials, and any demonstration, sandbox, evaluation environment, hosted component, or other Pulsar resource operated by Spaceport Consulting and made available under this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). It is incorporated into the Website Terms of Use.
A customer-operated, self-hosted Pulsar deployment is governed by the customer’s policies and separate agreement, except when it connects to a Service operated by us. If a signed agreement contains additional restrictions, you must comply with both.
2. Follow the law and respect rights
You may not use the Services to violate law, facilitate unlawful conduct, evade legal obligations, or infringe another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights. You must have all permissions required for data, prompts, files, repositories, models, media, and credentials you submit or connect.
3. Harmful or abusive activity
You may not use the Services to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or content that sexualizes a minor.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, trafficking, credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, or doxxing.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive schemes, spam, malware, credential theft, or evasion of security controls.
- Instructions or operational assistance intended to cause physical injury, unlawfully acquire weapons, or conduct violent wrongdoing.
- Discrimination or unlawful exclusion based on a protected characteristic.
- Content or conduct that materially interferes with another person’s access to the Services or creates a foreseeable risk of serious harm.
4. Security and system integrity
- Do not gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, models, networks, or administrative functions.
- Do not bypass rate limits, approval gates, authentication, authorization, model restrictions, safety controls, or usage boundaries.
- Do not introduce malware, destructive payloads, denial-of-service traffic, cryptomining, or workloads intended to exhaust shared resources.
- Do not scan, probe, exploit, or test a production system without prior written authorization specifying the scope and conditions.
- Do not conceal the source of abusive traffic or use another person’s account, token, identity, or infrastructure without permission.
5. Data and sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, private keys, API credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, protected health information, export-controlled data, or other regulated or highly sensitive information through public Site forms or an evaluation environment unless a separate written agreement expressly authorizes it and required safeguards are in place.
You are responsible for lawful collection, notice, consent, minimization, retention, and deletion of personal information you process. Do not use the Services for covert surveillance, unlawful biometric identification, or unauthorized profiling.
6. AI-assisted decisions and outputs
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. You must review output before relying on or distributing it. Do not use output as the sole basis for decisions that determine a person’s legal rights or access to employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, healthcare, essential services, or similar high-impact opportunities without qualified human review and all controls required by law.
Do not misrepresent synthetic content as authentic when doing so would deceive or harm others. Preserve required disclosures, provenance, licenses, and attribution. You are responsible for determining whether generated or transformed content can lawfully be used.
7. Repositories, tools, and external systems
Use repository, browser, retrieval, code-execution, media, and external-service tools only for systems and content you are authorized to access. Do not direct a tool to exfiltrate secrets, bypass controls, make unapproved production changes, violate a third-party service’s terms, or conceal material actions from reviewers.
Approval gates and human review are operational controls, not permission to perform an otherwise unlawful or unauthorized act.
8. Automation and fair use of resources
Do not use bots, crawlers, scripts, or automated clients in a way that degrades availability, ignores published machine-readable controls, generates deceptive engagement, submits bulk forms, or circumvents technical limits. Ordinary search indexing and accessibility tools that respect published controls are permitted. Contact us before conducting high-volume testing or evaluation.
9. Reporting security or abuse
If you identify a vulnerability, exposed information, or suspected misuse, stop activity that could increase harm. Do not access more data than necessary to demonstrate the issue, retain another person’s data, demand payment, publicly disclose an unremediated issue, or disrupt service. Submit the details through the Privacy and Legal Request form. Submission does not create a bug-bounty entitlement or authorize testing beyond the law and any written scope.
10. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including rejecting content, rate limiting, suspending or terminating access, preserving relevant records, notifying an organization administrator, or reporting conduct to affected parties or authorities when legally permitted or required. We consider context, severity, intent, history, and risk, but may act immediately when necessary to protect people or systems.
11. Changes and questions
We may update this Policy as the Services and applicable risks evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Submit policy questions or reports through the Privacy and Legal Request form.
